I didn't change any values after installing LibreOffice. I installed every
LibreOffice cleanly and everytime before I installed another version of
LibreOffice, I deleted the LibreOffice folder in AppData to remove all
previously existing user data. This process I repeated yesterday for multiple
LibreOffice version as described in Comment#4.
However, I don't know if it's relevant, but whenever I (re-)installed
LibreOffice I did not activate the checkbox for "Load LibreOffice on system
startup".
Besides - if you missed it - I could eventually nail down the cause of the
10-second-delay and found a workaround, as described in Comment#5. This
workaround however should not be required, and I still see it as a bug.
