There is an option for choose of drive for install LO. You should select Custom
variant instead Typical
https://www.libreoffice.org/assets/Uploads/InstallWindows/05InstallSetupType.png
and then select place for installing
https://www.libreoffice.org/assets/Uploads/InstallWindows/06InstallCustomSetup.png
and Help alway will be installed to LibreOffice install path by default.
or may be I didn't understand your problem? Please say it more clear
