Yes I know there are many bug about endnotes, I just would comunicate a
suggesion to solve in different way the topic.
My hint is to create a new insertable index, like TOC or list of figure or
liste of Tables.
So every one could choice where add the endnotes list.
P.S.
I use EndNotes with a special VB function that add an endnote for each external
hyperlink.
