ODS file with exagerated header font size
Changing the header (or footer) font settings (font type, font size etc.) have
no effect.

Open attached ODS file.
Click on "Page Preview".
Expected result: Page Preview with header and footer font size 100.
Actual result: Page Preview with default header and footer font size (10).

Some notes on this bug:
1. This not only applies to the font size but also the font type.
2. The header/footer area is increased to the appropriate size (you can see
the green and blue boxes are large), but the text remains small.
3. This applies not only to the "Page Preview" but also to exported PDF file.
