          Priority: medium
            Bug ID: 57417
          Keywords: regression
                CC: [email protected], [email protected]
          Assignee: [email protected]
Summary: LDAP address book support disappeared
          Severity: major
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: Linux (All)
          Reporter: [email protected]
          Hardware: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
           Version: 4.0.0.0.alpha0+ Master
         Component: Database
           Product: LibreOffice

Version 4.0.0.0.alpha1 (Build ID: dec8fe) downloaded from
http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/pre-releases/deb/x86_64/

File / Wizards / Address Data Source

No "LDAP address data" choice. Was there in 3.6 and earlier (when compiled with
mozilla, so not on Debian & Ubuntu, but was in our official builds).

We disabled mozab driver on Unix-like OSs, thinking we replaced it by mork
driver. But mork only implements access to *mozilla* address books, not other
address books that we were using mozilla code to access.

In an immediate way: reinstate mozab driver, but disable its handling of
thunderbird/seamonkey address books on Unix-like OSs, leaving that role to mork
driver.

Later: replace also these parts (see bug 57322)
