This from Description seems OK since long ago. There was hyperlink change in
4.4 and fix in 5.3. And it's a pity it was abandoned and not tested as
requested.
Comment 8 is different. Normally that would be another bug, but in my view it's
NotABug because text hxperlinks remain correct, only second one is not shown on
mouse over after cell is centered.
If someone retests bug, please explain and feel free to set again New.
