Still reproducible with LO 6.3.5.0+ and current master.
The bug is more visible if you insert a value in B10.
Step 5 : the circle moved right in column E and the value in B10 move to C10
Step 6 : the circle does not move left (still in column E) and the value in C10
goes back to B10
