Description:
Tapping on "View > Show Ruler" seems not to do anything using when editing a
writer document using the Android app.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create/open a writer document using the Android app
2. Tap on the hamburger icon
3. Tap on "View > Show Ruler"
Actual Results:
The ruler doesn't show up.
Expected Results:
The ruler should show up.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
Tested using the build from 2019-12-06 on Android 8.1.8
