seems to indicate that the application need also a stapled ticket.
I have still not installed Catalina, so I can not check if Catalina find it ;
but on Mojave, I get:
> stapler validate /Applications/LibreOffice\ 6.3.app
Processing: /Applications/LibreOffice 6.3.app
LibreOffice 6.3.app does not have a ticket stapled to it.
