Document demostrating the issue described
Problem description: When object is placed on top-left of the page, it cannot
be selected when there is a header. Header must actually be deleted before
user can select/delete object.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached document.
2. Attempt to select/delete circle in upper-lefthand corner.
3. After failing to do so, delete header, then successfully attempt to
select/delete circle.
Platform (if different from the browser): Gentoo Linux
Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:10.0.7) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/10.0.7
