I can reproduce it with your document, but not with a document, created by my
own (although I'm using your paragraph styles and list styles.
So please provide a clearer set of step-by-step instructions on how to
reproduce the problem.
I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' once the steps are provided.
To be certain the reported issue is not related to corruption in the user
profile, you could also reset your Libreoffice profile
(https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile) and re-test.
