Testing this with 4.2 (25) leads to the conclusion, that this issue can
probably be closed as "fixed".
In 4.2 the wizard to create the chart doesn't show up anymore, instead a
"default" chart based on the selection is inserted and has the right dimension.
@Tor: I think we can close this for now (I'll add a follow up bug that handles
chart editing later).
