LO 3.6.0 introduced new UI for conditional formatting. In Format → Conditional
Formatting → Manage... window all CF ranges are listed; user can edit CF rules
for specified range or remove it completely.
But this new dialog window lacks easy way to change range that certain CF rules
applies to.
The most straight forward way of modifying range seems to be:
1. Open Manage CF window
2. Select range from list
3. Double-click on selected item
4. Item should turn into in-line editing mode, where user can simply input
range using his keyboard
With this enhancement, modifying range of existing CF rules would be childishly
simple. Right now this is quite complex task, involving Paste Special, format
paintbrush and - in most complex situations - manual editing of content.xml
file inside ODS.
