I didn't attach the document because the bug reporting form said "If you do not
possess or cannot create suitable test documents that may be released under our
licensing terms, please make a note in your bug report to this effect without
attaching the file", and I don't know the license that presentation is under,
so according to that sentence I shouldn't attach it. Instead, I gave the
original link I got that file from.
