Original odp file contains a tiff with these characteristics:

Image Width: 582 Image Length: 582
Resolution: 72, 72 pixels/inch
Bits/Sample: 16
Compression Scheme: None
Photometric Interpretation: RGB color

Rows/Strip: 2
Planar Configuration: single image plane
(from tiffinfo 4.1.0)
Looking at download.lst, it seems LO doesn't use any specific lib to deal with
tiff format. Instead, LO has some files in filter/source/graphicfilter/itiff.
Tiff is just a container format which can contain several formats (see
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TIFF).
