Working on debian-buster in local build of commit f717dcba, I see the
problem fixed. In particular:
- After step (3), cell A2 has the formula =B#REF and displays #REF,
and cell A3 has the formula =B2 and displays 3.
- After step (6), the sheet looks like it did after step (2).
I am setting bug status RESOLVED WORKSFORME.
