It is a suggestion / feature request.
Please implement the feature to convert all fields: TOC, bibliography, dates
etc. to text. It would be great to show special dialog window with checkboxes
to select what to convert. E.g. it can be useful to convert bibliography and
bibliographical references to text (e.g. for better saving to DOC or RTF), but
leave page numbers, TOC and footnotes as fields.
