Description:
When I use the clone tool from one bulleted list to another, I expect it will
clone the formatting of the first list to the second, but it doesn't.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Make a bulleted list
2.Make a second with different formatting
3.Use the clone tool from List 1 to List 2
Actual Results:
Nothing happens
Expected Results:
List 1 formatting would move to List 2.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
OpenGL enabled: Yes
