Buttons look disabled to me (kf5) but move a radio button around the UI, it
definitely deserves a tooltip. Also good for accessibility. Local help says:

Would make it a bit shorter with "One level up/down in the index hierarchy" but
still have no idea what that means. More explanation is required at the help.
