book document for testing
Took this morning to create a test book document which is beginning to show the
sluggishness on current release. Basically kind of dies on the version included
with distros based on Ubuntu 18.04.

The only thing I didn't take the time to do is insert a bunch of tables (the
original problem document had several) as well as both bullet and numbered
lists. Four hours was about all I could spend on this. Document weighs in north
of 900 pages. Has left and right page styles and a plethora of images and 26
heading 1 headings
