As I am not an expert, it is difficult to know when information like - PC (video card, ...) - OS (Distribution, Language) - LibO localization (UI language, Locale setting) - Libo settings that might be related to your problems (video hardware acceleration, Experimental features enabled, ...) - how you launch LibO and how you opened the sample document - Whether your problem persists when you renamed your user profile before you launch LibO is important. therefore I typically add that I can be contacted. Video card - where do I find this information? In which cases you need all above information?
