pdf opened to write into it is mis-formatted.
Steps to Reproduce:
open pdf to edit in libreoffice, e.g. the one attached.
Actual Results:
it is misformatted.
Expected Results:
it stays formatted like when using online services to convert a pdf to odt or
docx.
Reproducible: Always
