Problem description:
In the help, the function is describe like NO.SEMAINE("01/01/1995";2). But to
work properly, we need to give de date in ISO format YYYY/MM/DD 2012/11/27 .
Current behavior:
Help don't match with the function
Expected behavior:
Change the help to describe correctly the function
