Have not had an opportunity to edit the file in WORD version that can save to
.docx format. Will continue to seek to do that, so I can send it.
Opened the original file in LibreOffice from OpenSuSe:
Version: 6.3.3.2.0+
Build ID: 30(Build:2)
CPU threads: 12; OS: Linux 4.12; UI render: default; VCL: kde5;
Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI-Language: en-US
which does not restart paragraph numbering after a heading.
