A sketch of possible fix
Something like this could be a starting point for a fix; it would keep Win
behaviour unchanged, and everything using 64-bit integers in Size would be
clamped. The templated functions could get it to o3tl/safeint.hxx or
something...
Whoever wants to continue workind on it: please take it if you like. I can't
work on this task ATM.
