While looking at work on bug 129468, noticed a regression in the SideBar
Navigator deck where selecting the 'Reminder' mode (the Paperclip icon) will no
take, and the mode reverts to default 'Page' mode.
Behavior was OK through the 2019-11-14 branch off for 6.4.0, but has gone bad
by 2019-11-25
