Indeed this file seems to open from Version: 6.3.4.2 (x64).
However, I would be grateful if you would consider the issue of Bugzilla wiping
the user's comments if the pre-populated summary and signature fields are more
than 255 characters and indeed prevent the pre-population being too long if
that has not been fixed by the latest version?
