Note that the caption is inserted with a paragraph style. You can change the
Style to change the category, numbering, font, etc. Also, there may be
additional Options available (since the original report) when inserting a
caption. The LibreOffice Writer Guide 6.0 (pp. 245-247) provides some advice.
