Tested with LO 6.3.4.2
1. Start with a justified (Ctrl-J) paragraph.
2. Ctrl-Enter (in middle of a line, in the middle of paragraph).
Actual result:
last line of paragraph (where Ctrl-Enter) was pressed is not justified (i.e.,
remains aligned left).
That is, LO now behaves as expected in OP, therefore closing as WFM.
