I have a new info for you:
I have activated the Microsoft virtual sandbox on the machine and tried
LibreOffice in the Sandbox. And voilà, no problems, LO runs as expected. So
there must be any setting in my (none virtualized) windows 10 that prevents the
LibreOffice main window to proceed in any way. I have only some privacy
customizations and some visual preference setttings personalized on my PC. I
really do not know, how to find out the cause of the problem. How do we proceed
from here?
