Don't think we should handle localization issues of help pages in Bugzilla. The
English original is "Technical details on LibreOffice pivot chart
implementation.", which sounds good to me.
As for German I could imagine "Technischer Hintergrund (in Englisch)" but
that's up to the l10n team who not read these tickets, I'm afraid. @Sophie: How
shall we proceed?
