Problem description: When entering subscripts or superscripts the subscript,
superscript characters are very narrow. This does NOT occur on title slide
form. However, it appears on content form and 3 content on content forms. The
pdf image shows same behavior. However, if I am in content form and raise the
bottom of the box to the point where characters change size, the narrow
subscripts and superscripts become proper size.
Steps to reproduce: described in ling form I can email files.

Current behavior: Behavior is identical in Windows 7 and Fedora Linux
Expected behavior: Subscripts and superscripts should have same aspect ratio as
larger text
