Repro in LO 7.0+ for ref. and cross-ref and not for page break.
If DOC saved in MSO as DOCX, repro for ref. and page break, while cross-ref is
OK.
I'll set Low unless explained how this was created in MSO (seems not with
Citation and Bibliography).
