Have you tried changing the LibreOffice's "Printer Language Type" to PostScript? This is done via the Print dialog "Properties" button and going to the Device tab. I have found a regression problem with Poppler where duplexing no longer works. See https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=776080 for details.
