Do you know about Create from "Additional Styles"?
On your Table of Contents:
1. right-click, Edit Index, Type tab
2. Click on Additional Styles and Assign Styles
You can decide yourself which paragraph styles should be included in the table
of contents.
Maybe that does what you want?
