When this bug is triggered, I have the following in terminal output:

Ruler::SetUnit() - Wrong Unit
This may happen in all non-English UI. I suspect that's because the function
which called Ruler::SetUnit is passing eNewUnit which is non-English char and
then falls into non of these "switch" cases.
The only revision to this file, from the git log, seems to be:
