Thank you for the detailed reproduction steps, there was a recent fix affecting
various input methods (bug 130382), and now typing based on the description
works for me as expected. I'm marking this bug as duplicate.
The fix can be tested in the daily snapshots (4.2-snapshot tag at
https://hub.docker.com/r/collabora/code/ ) or in the next CODE release.
