Is that "can not"? You may need to repeat several times before you hit the
problem. With respect, testing with 7.0.0.0 on Linux doesn't indicate that
there has been a fix since 6.4.0.3 running on Windows 10. I am not the only one
who has had the problem if you check out the post "All videos play as black" on
the Ask LibreOffice forum.
I would like to see someone confirm that two people are not making this up by
running the test presentation with 6.4.0.3 on Windows 10, and if it works the
first time (which is possible), trying it again. It may well be something to do
with Windows 10, but if so, I think Impress needs to be fixed to be compatible
with that OS.
