While looking at tdf#122053, I realized that I can reproduce the issue when I
install the Orca screen reader and enable it in Plasma settings. I'm running
Debian testing with KDE Plasma as desktop environment.

Build ID: d41d7ecb60fb38204fafcb1aa4595992721855e6
CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 5.4; UI render: default; VCL: kf5;
Locale: en-GB (en_GB.UTF-8); UI-Language: en-US
Calc: threaded
Works fine when using the gtk3 VCL plugin instead.
