MacOS X 10.14.6 Mojave,
both 6.4.0.3 & 6.4.1.1 (downloaded directly from your website) are affected by
this bug.
Even fields in spreadsheets look awful and text is hard to read.
I haven't experienced it in older 6.2.x builds.
