I thought I could repro this, also on Windows, but what happens is that LO
defaults to exporting the selected text, if you have text selected. So this
would happen if you do it immediately after you change a style, and don't
notice the PDF export selection
Export directly as PDF exports the full document irregardless of you selecting
text or not
