I'm not understanding this bug. The behavior is identical to Word as far as I
can tell?
Track changes shows the change.
test1: Since the format has changed, the whole thing word shows up in the new
format and an indication on the left that something has changed. If I hover
over with my mouse, it will say the format has changed
test2: If I read it correctly, step 9 is to manually type TEST2, which is then
deleting the former test2 and we get to see the striked out test2 as well
Is this what you are also seeing?
This would then not be a bug. Setting as NEEDINFO for now
