Description:
When i create a note to a cell and I add a picture to it as background, this
picture pops up when I hoover over the cell. But when I save and reopen the
file, and I hoover over the cell, only a white pop up appears.

This doesn't same to be the case in version 6.2 and older versions of Excel can
open it also properly (not excel 365)
