In this sentence:


“Please,” began Anika.

‘Please’ was in italics, and from the comma onwards – ‘,”’ – Regular.

Steps to reproduce:

1) select the comma
2) type three periods to replace it
3) type a space to get the auto correct to convert the periods into an
ellipsis.

Result: it did so, but also removed the italics of the ‘Please’.
Expected result: the ellipsis should keep the text style of the rightmost
character of the text it replaced, and should have no effect on text to the
left of that.

(May be unrelated to bug 130456.)
