Tested in 6.4.0.3 ubuntu version
"SAL_VCL_QT5_USE_CAIRO=true SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=qt5 libreoffice" that doesn't
start and gives the error attached.
but "SAL_VCL_QT5_USE_CAIRO=true SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=qt5 libreoffice --writer"
works ok. Also calc, draw, impress, base, global, math and web works ok.
