Description:
an error in the package "libreoffice-qt", which leads to the inability to save
files to a folder with a Cyrillic name. When you try to do this, the message
"the specified folder does not exist or is read-only" appears. At the same
time, saving to a folder with an English name passes without problems.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open any Libreoffice program, for example, "calc"
2.create a new file
3.immediately try to save it in a folder with a Cyrillic name
Actual Results:
We receive an error message
Expected Results:
the application should save the file to the specified folder.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
