Description:
I want heading number font size to be slightly smaller than the heading text.
If I set it to a any %, it is too small. Changing the % to a different number
has no effect
Steps to Reproduce:
1. In heading style, set Numbering style to Numbering 1
2. In Numbering1 style / customise set character style to Numbering Symbols
3. in Numbering symbols set to 95%
Actual Results:
heading number appears too small
Expected Results:
Expect it to be proportionately in line with % set
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
