My experience in Windows is that OO 3.3 took less to open compared to LO 6.1
where worked before (0:28 to 0:58 on my slow system).
I'm waiting master Windows build to retest.
@Xisco: I don't know why you confirmed so I set back Unconfirmed. Linux
difference is rather small 4.1 vs. 7.0+. Please also test OO.
