I don't know what technology Tresorit uses: Webdav, Sharepoint, etc.
First could you try to editing and save your file locally then upload it on
Tresorit.
If it doesn't work, it may be a Tresorit's bug.
If it works, difficult to tell if it's Tresorit's or LO's fault.
If in this last case, you can anyway tell them you've got a problem when
editing and saving an existent file and then quote the error message you had.
Then quote their feedback and we'll see how to keep on investigation if it's
possible.
