Description:
When set regular expression in Auto-Redact and disable Case Sensitive checkbox,
text match is always case sensitive.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open AutoRedact dialog
2. Add Target with regular expression and uncheck Case Sensitive
Actual Results:
Case sensitive settings is ignored with regular expression.
Expected Results:
Don't ingnore Case sensitive setting with regular expression.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
